Tezos is making a huge splash at NFT Paris 2025!

NFT Paris 2025 has wrapped up, and if there’s one takeaway from this year’s event, it’s that Tezos isn’t just present in the Web3 art scene—it’s leading it. Across multiple venues and conversations, Tezos showcased how its ecosystem continues to be a hub for artists, collectors, and builders looking for a sustainable, forward-thinking home for digital creativity.
From the Paintboxed – Tezos World Tour to Arthur Breitman’s keynote on real-world assets, Tezos once again set the standard for what art and finance can be. Walking through the event felt like stepping into the future—one where legacy and futurism converge, and where the boundaries between art, technology, and finance blur.
Tezos at NFT Paris 2025: A Reflection

A Journey Through Time: The Paintboxed – Tezos World Tour
One of the biggest highlights was Paintboxed – Tezos World Tour, which made its stop at NFT Paris following a successful debut at Art Basel Miami. Inside Booth A4, visitors were transported back to the 1980s, interacting with the legendary Quantel Paintbox—a digital art tool that helped shape modern visual culture.
Seeing the Paintbox in action was like witnessing history come alive. This was the very tool that artists like David Hockney, Keith Haring, and Kiki Picasso used to experiment with digital painting. It played a role in crafting the MTV logo and even Dire Straits’ "Money for Nothing" music video—moments that defined an era.
For those lucky enough to be there on February 14, Kiki Picasso returned to the Paintbox for a live digital painting session, nearly 50 years after he first used it. The mix of nostalgia and innovation was striking: an icon of early digital art meeting the blockchain-powered world of Web3. Tezos is helping preserve this legacy while pushing it forward, minting these new works as NFTs on objkt.com, ensuring they live in the digital era.
Arthur Breitman on Real-World Asset Tokenization

While Tezos was making waves in the art world, Arthur Breitman was making a case for the future of real-world asset (RWA) tokenization on the RWA Stage. His panel, "Tokenization & Asset Management: Unlocking the Power of Real-World Assets," explored how Tezos is reshaping the financial landscape.
"What was attractive to me with uranium is that it’s a massively important asset for the future of energy... and somehow, there was no good way to access the market—until now."
This is where Uranium.io, a platform built on Tezos, comes in. By tokenizing XU3O8, uranium is now accessible in a way it never was before, breaking down traditional financial barriers. The same principles can be applied to real estate, fine art, and rare commodities, creating an entirely new financial paradigm.
While NFT Paris is mainly about digital art, it was clear that tokenization is about much more than JPEGs. Whether through collectibles, tokenized uranium, or fractional ownership of assets, Tezos is proving that its tech is ready to power the next wave of real-world assets.
Art on Tezos: Down the Rabbit Hole

Beyond the conference floor, the Artverse Gallery became the center of the Tezos art ecosystem with the "Art on Tezos: Down the Rabbit Hole" event on February 13. It was the perfect blend of panel discussions, exhibitions, and networking, bringing together some of the most influential voices in the space.
Walking into the event, you could feel the creative energy in the air. The discussions touched on everything from building thoughtful collections to the intersection of physical and digital art experiences.
Some standout moments:
Kika Nicolela, Giannis, and Sebastien Borget explored the philosophy behind collecting art on Tezos.
OONA and Anika Meier had a deep dive into digital identity and how artists are shaping Web3.
John Karp, Agoria, and Albertine Meunier discussed what it means to experience art both IRL and URL, and how these spaces are merging in the digital age.
After the talks, the Artverse Gallery transformed into a full-on art showcase. With multiple floors of exhibitions, guests were free to explore installations, meet artists, and discuss the future of Tezos-powered creativity over drinks.
The White Box: AI Art Meets Web3

Among the standout exhibitions at NFT Paris was The White Box, an AI-driven art show curated by ClownVamp at Galerie Data. The exhibition asked a compelling question:
"When anyone can create, when visual outputs aren’t scarce, what does that mean for the traditional 'white box' gallery?"
The show featured seven artists exploring these themes through a mix of stills and video works, offering perspectives on how AI is reshaping artistic authorship. Some artists, like Marco, played with the concept of the audience’s role in the experience, while others, like FantasticPlanet, examined who is in the frame—and who is left out.

Presented throughout the gallery as a mix of screens and prints, the exhibition blurred the line between AI-generated art and traditional curation, making it one of the most thought-provoking showcases of the week. The February 13 reception brought together collectors, artists, and curators, turning the exhibition into a conversation about the future of AI, Web3, and art.
With Tezos-powered NFTs of the works dropping on objkt.com, it was a perfect example of how Tezos can support and elevate the next evolution of artistic expression.
Love, Art, & Pizza: A World of Women Takeover

One of the most memorable activations was World of Women’s (WoW) Valentine’s Day event. Taking over the top floor of Artverse, WoW unveiled three new commissioned works by Amber Vittoria, each one a reflection of the WoW Manifesto.
Beyond the artwork, the event was a celebration of women in Web3, inclusivity, and creative expression. And yes, there was pizza—but not just any pizza. PizzaDAO hosted a session where attendees could mint NFTs while making heart-shaped pizzas, turning an ordinary meal into an interactive blockchain experience.
Wrapping Up NFT Paris 2025

Leaving NFT Paris, it was impossible not to feel inspired. Tezos once again proved why it’s the go-to ecosystem for artists and builders. Whether it was through the Paintbox revival, the push for RWA tokenization, the AI-driven reflections of The White Box, or the sheer energy of the Artverse activations, Tezos made an impact that will last far beyond this event.
Stepping out into the glow of Parisian streetlights, the echoes of animated discussions, bold creativity, and Tezos-powered innovation still lingered in the air.
Art on the blockchain is alive, breathing, and unfolding right here. And Tezos? It’s painting the future on the canvas of tomorrow.
This Week in the Tezos Ecosystem

SolidityScan Integrates with Etherlink Explorer: Enhancing Smart Contract Security on Tezos
While art and tokenization were the stars in Paris, another critical piece of the Tezos story continues to evolve—security. As more developers and users interact with Etherlink, ensuring that smart contracts remain secure and resilient is just as important as the experiences they power. That’s why CredShields has integrated SolidityScan with Etherlink Explorer, providing real-time security insights and AI-powered vulnerability detection for the ecosystem.
This integration adds an on-chain security layer to Etherlink, Tezos’ EVM-compatible Layer 2, making it easier for users, developers, and auditors to verify contract security before interacting with smart contracts. With SolidityScan embedded into Etherlink Explorer, anyone can quickly assess risks, detect vulnerabilities, and access security reports, ensuring a safer Web3 experience.
Why This Matters for the Etherlink Ecosystem
Instant Security Insights: SolidityScan’s security score is now visible directly within Etherlink Explorer, helping users make informed decisions.
Automated Vulnerability Detection: Smart contracts are scanned for potential risks, classified by severity—Critical, High, Medium, Low, and Informational—to help developers fix issues proactively.
Comprehensive Security Reports: Developers can generate and access full security audits, including threat analysis, risk summaries, and vulnerability classifications for verified contracts.
Seamless Auditing: Projects can publish verified audit reports, offering transparency and building trust with users and investors.
For Etherlink builders, this means less reliance on manual audits, while users gain an extra layer of security when engaging with dApps. This integration ensures that as Tezos scales, it does so with security at its core.
Security vulnerabilities have been a major issue in Web3, leading to billions in losses across the industry. By embedding real-time security insights into Etherlink, SolidityScan is setting a new standard for blockchain security—one that prioritizes trust, transparency, and protection.
As Etherlink adoption grows, security-first solutions like SolidityScan will be essential in making Tezos a safe, scalable, and developer-friendly ecosystem. Whether you’re deploying smart contracts or interacting with dApps, you can now verify security in real time—directly within Etherlink Explorer.

Spiko Brings Tokenized Money Market Funds to Etherlink
The Tezos ecosystem continues to expand, and Etherlink, Tezos’ EVM-compatible Layer 2, is becoming a growing hub for real-world asset (RWA) tokenization. Following the success of Uranium.io and .etherlink domains, the latest addition to Etherlink’s financial landscape is Spiko, a Paris-based investment technology firm bringing tokenized U.S. and E.U. T-Bill Money Market Funds to the network.
Spiko’s regulated and UCITS-compliant money market funds are among the most successful RWA products in the world, managing substantial assets while offering liquid, yield-bearing savings solutions. With this launch, Etherlink users will be able to own tokenized shares of these funds, bringing a regulated, globally accessible financial instrument to the Tezos ecosystem.
“Launching on Etherlink is a natural next step towards fulfilling our aim of bringing these products to more people around the world and welcoming them into the global digital economy.”
— Paul-Adrien Hyppolite, Co-Founder & CEO of Spiko
The integration of Spiko’s money market funds highlights the rapid growth of Etherlink’s DeFi landscape. Combined with its low transaction fees, censorship resistance, and decentralized governance, Etherlink is proving to be an ideal platform for bridging traditional finance with Tezos-powered digital assets.
Expect Spiko’s tokenized funds to go live before the end of February, adding another major financial instrument to Etherlink’s expanding ecosystem.
